Are your products, vegan, and cruelty-free?

Our products contain no animal by-products and are cruelty-free—never tested on animals. We currently offer four natural products and are always looking to add more!

Is shipping free?

Short answer: for most U.S. orders, yes, it absolutely is! We ship to all continental US states for free, with no minimum purchase or order requirements. Unfortunately, this does not apply to our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories and international (as of right now). They will have to purchase a minimum of 150 dollars.
Non-Delivery: Please ensure that the address/shipping address details you supply are complete and correct. Our Delivery Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you

My order status says delivered but I do not have my order, can I get a refund?

If you package is marked as delivered but you do not have it (ie: lost package), we are not able to honor a refund, please contact your local mail carrier.

I haven’t received my tracking email?

Always check your spam folder first, if it’s not there email us at info@daughtersofakan.com.
